Snake came and Swan came.
The most common message brought about by Lady Snake is transformation and rejuvenation. But this time she is here with Mother Swan the giver of grace and gratitude. Thus they are here to remind us to appreciate and accept the beauty that is inside and around us because transformation and grace can only occur when we accept everything as a valuable lesson. There are times when we face the depths of despair as we may have lost our business or relationship. We might feel that it is impossible to find happiness ever again and we can no longer create. If we remain in this state of mind then changes and growth cannot occur gracefully, the changes that can propel us out of self-made miseries.
The first step is to accept, to elegantly accept the most terrible things that have happened. And after that Lady Snake blesses us with the energy to change and alter our direction in life, our perceptions and course of action. Change is not brought about to revise the outcome of previous incidents but to craft new and desirable processes now based on the lessons that we have learned in the past. It is crucial that we gracefully release, as Mother Swan says, all sentiments of “what ifs, things shouldn’t be this way, I want things to be my way and no other.” And accept that all that happened is for you to learn about yourself.
Lady Snake and Mother Swan remind us again that everything is a lesson when we are willing to learn; an obstacle and pain when we oppose it. And so it is.
Blessings on our journey. Aho!
